How Our Pricing Works

This page explains how prices are set and displayed on bashfashion.co.uk, including what a struck-through price next to a product means.
What the Struck-Through Price Means
Where you see a price with a line through it, that figure is our own previous selling price for that item on bashfashion.co.uk. It is the price we charged before the current one took effect.
It is not a manufacturer's recommended retail price, not a competitor's price, not a price taken from another website, and not an estimate of what the item might be worth. We do not use RRP or “compare at” figures supplied by third parties as reference prices.
The saving shown is simply the difference between our previous price and our current one.
Currency, VAT and the Final Price
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling by default and include UK VAT where applicable. If you change the country selector in our footer, prices are converted for your convenience — the amount you are charged is confirmed at checkout in the currency shown there.
The price confirmed at the point of checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is free to the United Kingdom on every order with no minimum spend; rates for other destinations are calculated and shown before payment. Customs and import duties are covered in our Shipping Policy.
Price Changes
We sell a very large and frequently changing range, and our prices move with supplier costs, currency movements and stock levels. A price may go up as well as down. We do not price-match retrospectively, and a later reduction does not entitle you to a refund of the difference on an order already placed.

Promotions and Discount Codes
Where we run a promotion, the terms — including any end date, minimum spend or excluded products — are stated with the offer. Discount codes apply to the product price and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be combined.
Pricing Errors
Occasionally an item may be listed at the wrong price. Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price. If this happens we will contact you before dispatch, and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. This is set out in our Terms of Service.
Your Rights
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. Our pricing practices are intended to comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Competition and Markets Authority's guidance on pricing practices.
